IT'S HALLOWEEN, and that means one thing: it's time for a few more stories about the ghosts of CabCo. Luckily, John Eury of the Cabarrus County Public Library has us covered. This year, he's celebrating the season with a big batch of tales and he's taking the show around to all five library branches.
